PB&J Smoothie Recipe
This recipe comes straight from the SWOLE STATION Smoothie Bar at Varsity House Gym.  Each smoothie is powered by Catalyst by Strength.com grassfed whey protein!

Ingredients:

1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey (i.e. Catalyst by Strength.com Natural Vanilla Grassfed Whey)
1/2 scoop Strawberry Whey (i.e. Catalyst by Strength.com West Coast Strawberry Grassfed Whey)
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (i.e. MyProtein Peanut Butter)
1 cup Strawberries
8-12 oz. Milk or Water
Handful of Ice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
