What youʼll need:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 nut butter of your choice
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs cacao 1 scoop Strength Grass Fed Whey Directions:
Directions: Combine into mixing bowl: Coconut Oil, Nut Butter, and Honey.
Microwave for 30 seconds. Then stir to make sure everything melts in nicely. (Microwave for additional 15-30 seconds if needed)
Add in Cacao and Strength Grass Fed Whey Protein & mix everything together until all the powder is dissolved.
Now using cupcake liners, pour about 2-3 tablespoons of batter into each liner and put them into the fridge to cool.
After 1 hour of cooling, they are ready! We suggest leaving them in the refrigerator to maintain the consistency and texture because coconut oil likes to melt in warm temperatures.
