For when your morning needs a sweet and power packed start… a smoothie that is deliciously chocolatey yet veggie & protein full.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach or power green blend
  • 1 scoop #BuiltByStrength Belgian Chocolate Whey protein
  • 1/2 ripe medium banana (frozen works best)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or favorite nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Add these ingredients for a weight gain smoothie:

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • Extra Calories: 245 I Protein 10g I Carbs: 30g I Fat: 11g

Instructions

Throw all of the ingredients into your favorite blender and blend until all fruit and ice are completely combined & silky.
