Need a little extra boost in the morning or afternoon? Here’s a protein packed smoothie that just might to the trick.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup black coffee
  • 1 Scoop #BuiltByStrength Belgian Chocolate Whey Protein
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Ice

Directions:

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until mixture is smooth and silky
  3. ENJOY!

Tip: Add 1 Tbsp of Coconut oil or Nut Butter for fat for a little extra creaminess and balance
