A high-protein bread recipe that’s great for a pre-gym breakfast or a mid- day snack. This Protein Pumpkin Bread is loaded with grass-fed protein, vitamins and cozy fall flavors. I always make two loafs right away because it never lasts more than a day in my house. ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ scoops BuiltByStrength Vanilla Whey Protein

1 cup all purpose flour 

1 tbsp baking soda 

1 tbsp baking powder 

2 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp sea salt 

½ cup pumpkin puree 

¼ cup granulated stevia 

2 tbsp melted coconut oil 

2 eggs

2 tbsp pumpkin spice 

Cooking spray

Directions

1. Whisk Eggs and set aside

2. Add pumpkin puree and stevia. Whisk until combined

3. Add cooled coconut oil 

4. Mix in all of the dry ingredients

5. Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil spray and add mixture

6. Bake for 45 minutes at 375

Tip- ADD ¼ CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS FOR AN EXTRA SWEET BREAD
