DAY 3 – 20 Minute Home Strength Workout. Today we have an EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) workout for you. All of our workouts can be done with or without weights.
Set a running clock for 20 minutes.
Minute 1: 10 air squats + 8 walking lunges
Minute 2: Max effort push-ups
At the end of the 20 minute EMOM, perform this finisher.
3 rounds of side planks – 30 seconds on each side is one round.
