This easy to make Protein Fudge is AMAZING! Made with no added sugar, loads of protein, creamy peanut butter and coconut flour. You can swap flour and nut butters if needed. We especially love them with almond butter. Wait until you try them, you’ll never know they are actually healthy for you. ENJOY!
3 scoops chocolate BuiltByStrength whey protein
⅓ cup peanut butter ( almond or sunflower will work too)
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
6 – 8 drops of stevia or erythritol
1/4 cup Almond milk
¼ cup coconut flour (or flour of your choice)
1.Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
2.In a food processor, combine protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and stevia, and process until completely combined and crumbly. Add in coconut flour and process. Add more almond milk if needed – one tablespoon at a time and stop once the dough forms a ball.
3. Press the dough into the prepared loaf pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!
