Summer is here and why not make a yummy post-workout popsicle ? Anyone else love fudge pops growing up? Here’s a guilt – free version to keep you on track!
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk ( milk or other non dairy will work too)
2 Scoops BuiltByStrength Chocolate Grass Fed Whey
1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter, slightly warmed ( or any nut butter)
1/3 cup honey (or your desired sweetener), using more or less to taste
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1. Stir all ingredients together until combined. Taste the mixture and add more or less sweetener. The mixture should be smoothe.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, placing popsicle sticks in the center of each.
3. Freeze for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen.
Makes 6 Pops
