Brian’s passions extend from training high-level athletes to those who seeking modest improvements with their physiques and lifestyles. Personally, he began taking natural bodybuilding seriously as a means to satisfy his competitive drive and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
As a writer and educator, Brian enjoys discussing topics such as the physiology behind weight training, biomechanics, nutritional protocols and program design. He owns and operates a small business at DrBrianGrant.com where he utilizes both his doctoral-level education in physical therapy and strength & conditioning background to mentor clients in achieving their best bodies, performances and doing so without injury.
Brian keeps involved in his community by serving as a high school swim coach and volunteering with AceBuddies, an organization promoting exercise and healthy lifestyles to Evansville, Indiana’s youth population with special needs.
