Cassandra holds a Master's of Science in Nutrition & Integrative Health and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She creates high-value science-based health and wellness content, teaches undergraduate sports nutrition in Southern California, and works with highly motivated coaching clients one-on-one through her business Gratitude Strength Food. She combines the best aspects of detailed-oriented project management, along with mindful whole-person health to provide real, actionable, and data-driven wellness for her clients. She also teaches and writes about fitness for stability, mobility, and alignment to support dancers all over the world.
